The House of MOMENT is a sanctuary in the middle of Downtown Vancouver. We serve our community through curated classes, inspiring events, and other excuses to gather- all in the name of mindfulness.
How to be a part of our mindful collective.
Everyday, we meditate.
Come out of your meditation cave and meet some other great folks. Not to toot our own horn but we host some pretty fun events- all in the name of mindfulness.
(examples: Rooftop Movie Night, The Happiness Picnic, Dinner Date & Meditate, Silent Art night.)
Take your understanding of meditation further. Every month we host different workshops as an opportunity to gather and learn how mindfulness can show up for us in our everyday.
(examples: Mindfulness & Sex, The Mindful Athlete, Mindful Gardening)
Deepen your practice. Each course covers a specific topic and runs the length of a few weeks (one weeknight a week)- with each class building on top of the knowledge of the other.
