Routine Refresh

Back to school, back to work, back to routine.
Who says it has to be boring?

Turn things around and refresh your routine this Fall with us & Rez, coach and founder of This Thing Called Life (http://www.thisthingcalledlife.ca).

We'll guide you through an evening of meditation, taking inventory, & intention-setting.

After which, Rez will share some wisdom and tips, along with ideas on how to shake things up. Literally. Learn to shake up your morning routine with new smoothie combinations from an ex-juice bartender.

Leave refreshed, with a smoothie or two in hand, & ready to take on the rest of this year. After all, September is the new January.

Meditation For the Everyday Athlete: Cognitive Training & Recovery

Whether you're running halfs or playing ball this summer, the mind is a key component of any athlete. Learn the tools to train your mind, like you would train your body- so that it works for you, not against you.

We'll use our sensors & technology to demonstrate just what happens in the body when we meditate- and how we can use this to our advantage. Whether it's on the field, on a track, in the ring, in a race, or on a court- up your performance by getting your head in the game.
