Whether you're running halfs or playing ball this summer, the mind is a key component of any athlete. Learn the tools to train your mind, like you would train your body- so that it works for you, not against you. 

We'll use our sensors & technology to demonstrate just what happens in the body when we meditate- and how we can use this to our advantage. Whether it's on the field, on a track, in the ring, in a race, or on a court- up your performance by getting your head in the game.
