THREE WEEK MEDITATION CHALLENGE
They say it takes three weeks to form a habit and we challenge you to take three weeks to step it up and step into meditation.
The commitment is simple: Build a regular meditation practice (Daily is great, if not, 3 times a week is cool too.)

*Note: Challenge has been extended. If you can't make it for the 23rd, you're still good to go so long as your first class is before the 31st of January.
WE ARE SUPPORTING YOU BY:
- Offering a discounted rate off of 3 weeks unlimited. (typically $120)
- Including a before and after MQ assessment. (typically $200 for two). This allows you to track your progress as well as how meditation has improved your ability to manage stress with a quantifiable number.
